Our horses did it; the critters inspired my late-in-life career. Associate member of Western Writers of America, a member of Women Writing the West, Romance Writers of America, and both Texas State and Montana Historical Societies keep me motivated. Back in the day I taught in the Virginia public school system and when we moved to Delaware at a Christian Academy. My husband and I live in Delaware, where we raised our children, the horses, a few cows and too many barn cats.
